Allison Stevens shared that she would like to see “some sort of policy or ability for students to do work online or be more excused in the case of dangerous weather when LCC does not close.”

Mason Swayze said, “I think opening up more opportunity in the facility for food options would be helpful. I think paying for food, the extent that we do, and having the lack of options that we do can be a little frustrating at times.”

Santiago Sheneman said, “I wish there was more awareness towards the different clubs, activities, different events that go on here.” He noted that students often are not engaged in extracurricular activities on campus. “They just come to their classes, not do anything, and then just once they're out of their classes, they immediately go home and they wonder why they don't really feel fulfilled from the campus life,” he said. “So if I had to change anything, I just wish people were more aware of the stuff that is there.”

Edward Ball shared that he came to LCC “not long after they apparently got rid of the proper cafeteria, proper food options they had in the Commons area.” Ball said he wants to “bring it back.”

Ozbourne Thompson said, “I'd like everything to be, if possible, part of one campus because it's pretty hard for me to bounce around to each campus for everything I need to do. Not everybody has a car, not everybody has the proper schedule to catch bus routes and get rides around and stuff like that.”  He added, “I'm not sure how necessary it is or how achievable it is, but it's something that would be convenient.”
