As LCC’s Downtown and West campuses wrap up Welcome Week festivities and dives into the semester, LCC’s East Campus is just now ramping up to start its Welcome Week fun. LCC East’s twelve-week courses will begin on Sept. 17, and their Welcome Week activities will begin the week of Sept. 20.

Offering a location in East Lansing, East Campus is more accessible to students near Michigan State University, as well as those in Okemos, Williamston and Haslett. Across its twelve classrooms, LCC East will be offering 36 courses, with seven of those being twelve-week courses

Students at East Campus can look forward to Welcome Week activities located in the Student Commons starting Sept. 20. Students will have the opportunity to paint rocks on Sept. 21, pot a plant and take it home on Sept. 22, pick up some swag and snacks on Sept. 23 and enjoy a little bit of all of the above that are left over on Sept. 24. These events will not have a time limit, and will be set up on campus for students to enjoy throughout the day. Classes, hours and more information can be found on LCC East’s website.
